With over 17 years of experience working in healthcare and human services, alongside studies in psychology, I value creating a safe space where people feel heard, understood, and encouraged.
I understand that change is rarely linear. Setbacks, stress, and periods of feeling stuck are a normal part of being human, and support is tailored with this in mind.
